What makes Jovial pasta different from traditional pasta?
Our pasta is crafted using ancient grains like Einkorn and traditional Italian methods, including bronze die extrusion and slow drying at low temperatures to preserve flavor and nutrients.
Are your products certified gluten-free?
Yes, our dedicated gluten-free products are certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and are processed in a facility free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are committed to sustainability. Our pasta boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard and are fully recyclable, and we use BPA-free liners for our canned goods.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our distribution to bring Jovial products to more countries in the future.
